Day 1, Hanoi – Ba Be Lake, 240km, 7 hr ride, home-stay.

Meeting at your hotel by 7.30AM and transfer by car to the outskirt of Hanoi, from there you will get the riding gears and start your first day ride to Babe.

Leaving Hanoi and breaking out of the delta plains, we pass through the endless limestone karts scenery and extensive farming lands comprising a sea of paddy fields split by tree-lined roads. The road to Thai Nguyen is now under construction, (20 km bumpy and dusty). Lunch in Cho Chu town then take a small paved road that rides you to the edge of BA BE Lake. Overnight home-stay in the Tay's family.

Ba Be is Vietnam’s largest natural lake and is now the centerpiece of an extensive National Park. The park and the surrounding area is limestone country, so lakes, waterfalls, caves and unusual rock formations abound. The whole area is richly forested and home to many ethnic minority communities.

Day 2, Babe Lake – Meo Vac, 170km, 7 hr ride, hotel.

Leaving the family, we ride on a small road about 40 km before taking a small beautiful trail that goes thought the jungle, we ride across many streams and river, a great day for off-road ride. Continue to Bao Lac town for lunch then continue to ride up to Meo Vac by taking a scenic route climbs over many Passes where we can enjoy beautiful mountain ranges and the Nho Que river - Just an amazing place to be. Arrive in Meo Vac by 5.00PM. Dinner in town, night at Hoa Cuong hotel.

Dong Van and Meo Vac Towns are located in the heart of Dong Van Rock Plateau, which was recognized as part of the Global Geo-Park Network last year, the Dong Van old quarter is home to age old and unique architecture near Ha Giang Province's border with China

Day 3, Meo Vac – Ha Giang, 180km, 7hr ride, Home-stay.

Today’s ride must be highlights of the trip as we will visit one of the most remote land in Vietnam where are special with many ethnic groups with their unique cultures and imposing mountains – Pi Leng Pass, the Rock Plateau, the Vuong palace in Dong Van, The “Heaven Gate” in Quan Ba. Arrive in Ha Giang in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Home-stay.

Ha Giang, 300 km away from Hanoi, located at the highest latitude in Vietnam. It is surrounded by Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, and Yen Bai. It shares a border with China in the north. Many ethnic minorities, including the Dao, H’mong, Tay, and Nung, live in Ha Giang province Vietnam.

Day 4, Ha Giang – Sa Pa, 240km 8hr ride, hotel.

Today we head straight towards the North-western mountain where the main Fansipan Mountain range dominates the road until Sapa. Just before making a climb up to Sapa, we will make a short stop to visit the Chinese border. Arrive in Sapa in the late afternoon. Dinner in town, overnight at Hoang Long hotel.

Day 5, Sapa – Than Uyen 120km, 3 hr ride.

You are free to explore Sapa until 1.30PM, check out hotel and we continue the route to Than Uyen, we will make a splendid climb up from Sapa to the top of the highest road pass in Vietnam (Tram Ton Pass). Crossing into Lai Chau Province at over 2000m, The view looks out over the main range for miles and miles. We arrive in Than Uyen by 5.00PM. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 6, Than Uyen – Phu Yen, 240km, 8 hr ride, hotel.

We keep riding up and down into a forested and high mountain region populated by H’mong peoples, We will hike up a very high mountain pass before descending into a mountainous tea-growing region. Soon after we follow a long the valley floor covered in a sea of rice surrounded by Hmong and Thai’s villages all the way to Phu Yen, lunch on route. Overnight at Linh Huong hotel. Dinner in town.

Day 7, Phu Yen – Mai Chau, 170km, 5hr ride, home-stay.

We ride on a good paved road along a beautiful stream before descending to the banks of the reservoir and a ferry crossing. Once across we have 50 kilometers route that has plenty of challenging surface and is prone to landslides. Much of the area is inhabited by Kinh and both Black and White Thai minority, all offering the impressive views over the area on a clear day. After lunch in a local place, we join the route No 6 that ride us strait to Mai Chau. Dinner and overnight at home-stay in the Thais village.

Day 8, Mai Chau – Na Meo, 150km 4 hr ride.

We ride on a 60 km of small, spectacular and paved trail along the Ma river until when we turn West to the Laos border. Arrive at the Na Meo border by 1.00PM. Motorcycle tour ends.
